The Telluride Medical Center has provided medical care to the people of Telluride since 1978. As we approach our 30th anniversary we continue to strive towards providing the highest quality and most comprehensive care possible.

Board certified Physicians in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine; nationally certified Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants staff the medical center. We have an all RN nursing staff and nationally certified Radiological Techs with years of experience. Our providers specialize in family and preventative medicine, emergency and orthopedic care, high altitude medicine, and sports medicine.

Open 8:00am -5:00pm, Monday through Friday and 8:30am-1:00pm on Saturdays for scheduled appointments.

The region's only 24-hour emergency care.  Telluride Medical Center is a Level V Trauma Center.
