Building a New Facility for the Telluride Medical Center

Telluride Medical Center is in the process of planning for a new home. Sites are being identified and evaluated, Mahlum Architects of Portland, OR has been  chosen as the architectural firm of record and an underwriter for the bonding process will be chosen this month. The building will be roughly 40,000 sq ft and will cost approximately $30M to build. The community is invited to provide input at various steps along the way.
