Booking Your Appointment Has Never Been Easier

It's been almost a year since we launched our online Appointment Request Form and we're so glad so many of you have found it helpful! Whether you're a longtime patient or visiting us for the first time, we want scheduling care to feel as simple and stress-free as possible.
Our Appointment Request Form is available right on our website, 24/7, so you can reach out whenever it's convenient for you.
Here's how it works:
- Submit anytime. Our team reviews requests during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. We do our best to respond within 1 business day, though responses may occasionally take up to 48 hours, such as over the weekend.
- Confirmation by text or email. If we're able to accommodate your request, you'll receive a message with your appointment details that reads:
"Your appointment has been scheduled with TRMC for [Day], [Date] at [Time]. To change, call us at 970.728.3848, option 2."
- We may give you a call. If we need a bit more information to get you scheduled, someone from our team will reach out by phone, so please keep an eye out for us!
- Available in English and Spanish. We want everyone in our community to feel welcome and supported.
You're also always welcome to schedule by calling us directly or submitting a portal message. To help us serve you and your neighbors as efficiently as possible, please use just one method per request. Submitting through multiple channels can sometimes cause delays, and we want to get you seen as quickly as possible.
