Associated with the Telluride Regional Medical Center since 2023

Alline serves as the Primary Care Practice Manager, where she oversees daily operations, leads staff development and supports the delivery of team-based care in our Patient Centered Medical Home. She manages workflow optimization, quality improvement initiatives, financial oversight, and departmental communication, linking our clinicians, care managers, behavioral health team, patient access team and community stakeholders to ensure efficient and compassionate service across the Primary Care department. 

Alline brings more than twenty years of leadership experience across health, wellness, and service-driven industries. Her background includes organizational restructuring, implementing new technologies and processes, developing high-performing teams, and guiding departments through periods of significant growth and change.  Alline’s work centers on creating a collaborative, supportive environment where care teams can thrive, and patients feel heard. 

A long-time Telluride local, Alline is active in community wellness and arts initiatives. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and dog and exploring the beautiful mountain environment she is grateful to call home.
