Education
University of Miami (FL), Rush University

As a Miami native, Michelle earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami before beginning my career in the intensive care unit, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients with complex and acute needs. Michelle later moved to Chicago to pursue both my Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Rush University.

Over the years, Michelle has had the privilege of caring for adult and geriatric patients across hospital, outpatient, and procedural settings. Her background spans oncology, gastroenterology, and endoscopy, giving me extensive experience with both acute illnesses and complex chronic conditions. These diverse roles have equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a variety of clinical situations.

As a nurse practitioner, Michelle is passionate about supporting patients through every stage of their health journey, whether it’s navigating an illness, managing long-term health needs, or focusing on prevention and wellness. Her goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their decisions.
