How to Refill Your Peptide  Medication 

 

TWO weeks BEFORE your last dose you need to notify us of your refill request *Refill may take 7 days to process and ship 

• Send a portal message ***preferred option*** 

• Call us at 970-728-3848 option 2, then option 1 

• If you reach our voicemail, leave a message specifying that you are ready to refill weight loss medication. 

Your provider will send a refill of your medication to We Care Pharmacy. They will ship the medication directly to you. 

• You will need to set up an account with We Care Pharmacy for the timely processing of your refills.  

• You should expect the pharmacy to contact you via phone call or text to create an account.   

• You will need to provide a shipping address (NOT PO BOX) and Credit Card.  

• Pharmacy Hours in Eastern Standard Time: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat/Sun: Closed

 Pharmacy pricing is subject to change, these prices are as of 1/21/2026. 

• Semaglutide 5 mg/Pyridoxine HCL 4 mg per mL - 1 mL (100 units) vial $145 per vial  

• Tirzepatide 25mg/Pyridoxine HCL 4mg per mL - 0.8 mL (80 units) per vial $235 per vial 

• Tirzepatide 25mg/Pyridoxine HCL 4mg per mL - 2.4 mL (240units) per vial $385 per vial 

You cannot change medications unless you have met with the provider to discuss.  Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are not interchangeable.  Please contact us to schedule a visit if you are considering a medication change.
