Tricia Maxon has lived in Telluride since 1991 and has two children who grew up in Telluride.

Ms. Maxon joined Community Banks of Colorado in 2006 and has held several different roles for Community Banks of Colorado and its parent company National Bank Holdings Corporation and is currently the Director of Resort Market Banking for National Bank Holdings Corporation. 

Ms. Maxon has been very involved in resort communities and has sat on numerous nonprofit boards both in Telluride and Aspen.  She is currently involved with the Telluride Foundation where she has been a Board Member, Leadership Council Member and Investment and Finance committee member for over 15 years. Ms. Maxon was also President of the Telluride Regional Chamber of Commerce and one of the founding board members of Colorado Flights Alliance.

Ms. Maxon will soon begin a formal certification program with the National Association of Corporate Directors, the leading director credential program in the U.S.  The program provides rigorous governance content, and a comprehensive program for building core competencies in order to serve as an effective board professional for major corporations.
